Hotel is quite new and modern. Staff were great and always smiling. Very good cousin and food. Location is perfect as base to explore Tatras National park.
As My feedback here are few things which could be little better.
- on the room is very limited option how to dry wet clothes for example from hike or pool visit…
- the rooms are not well soundproofed
- children's playroom is very old school

Fantastic service, clean and really well kitted out, especially for a three star hotel.

Good location, nicely decorated hotel with free parking availability. Breakfast is ordinary and service is acceptable. Restaurant offers many delicious options. Rooms are big enough and bed size is perfect!
Swimming pool is usually occupied by children and hard to relax there.. if you can find availability pool area is also nice.
Typical Ibis experience. However rooms are bigger than usual Ibis . Location is in the junction of the roads to Zakopane, Bialka Tatrazanska and Chochowska Valley. Has a nice swimming pool and nice restaurant and bar.||Pros : Nice hotel with all facilities |Cons : Little far from Zakopane so needs a car
